Club Awards

Annual Achievement Awards
The Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Club of Central Arizona, Inc. believes it is important to acknowledge and encourage the achievements of our dogs and their owners. Beginning with the 2009 Holiday Dinner, the Club will award Annual Achievement Award Plaques to members whose dogs have earned an AKC Conformation, Agility, Rally or Obedience title, earned a CGC (Canine Good Citizenship) or Therapy Dog Certification in the previous year. In an effort to encourage such achievements, the Club will cover the cost of one plaque for each dog earning the award. If the dog is co-owned with another club member, the owner(s) may elect to cover the cost of any duplicate awards if desired.
These awards will be given out at our annual Holiday dinner for all dogs who have met the qualifications for the award from November 1st of the previous year to November 1st of the current year.
If your dog has qualified for this award and you wish to have a club Annual Achievement Award Plaque issued, you must fill out the application form and return it to the Club (together with payment for any duplicate plaques). The form must be received by the Club no later than November 10th of the current year. Click here to download the Application form for the Annual Achievement Award Plaque.
